Ingredients: ginger, anise, peppermint, yarrow, elder flower, rose hips, thyme and calendula.

Directions: To make your own steep 1 tsp. in 1 cup of water. Steep in boiling water for 5 minutes or in cold water for 8 - 10 hours.

Storage tips Store in a glass or ceramic container with a tight fitting lid to keep out moisture.
