Pickling Spice

Our pickling spice blend contains the traditional mustard, black peppercorns and bay leaf, plus dill seed, ginger, allspice, coriander, clove, chili pepper and cinnamon to lend heat, savory flavor and sweetness.

Use to marinate meats before roasting, to preserve fruits and vegetables, eggs, olives and, of course, cucumber pickles!

Storage tips Store in a glass or ceramic container with a tight fitting lid to keep out moisture.
